December's Most Popular Trailers

The #HitManiaTrailer column is back with the most popular trailers on Facebook and YouTube in December.

The ranking opens with the teaser trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, second Marvel film dedicated to Stephen Strange distributed by Walt Disney Pictures, which achieved a total engagement of 51.4K e 413.6K video views.

In second place we find the second trailer of Uncharted, film by Sony Pictures and based on the video game series of the same name, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, which he obtained with an engagement score of 34.9K e 626.8K video views.

Third position for Warner Bros. with the highly anticipated first trailer of Animali Fantastici – Dumbledore's Secrets, third film in the saga set in the magical universe of Harry Potter, with a total engagement of 33K e 2.7M video views.

In fourth place we find the trailer for Murder on the Nile, film inspired by the novel of the same name, produced by 20th Century Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures, which got a total of 17.2K engagement e 17.3K video views.

In the middle of the table we still find Warner Bros, this time with the trailer for 7 Women and a Mystery, an all-Italian film released in theaters on 25 December, which achieved a total engagement of 11.7K e 548.3K video views.

Sixth position for the second official trailer of Matrix: Resurrections, fourth film in the Warner Bros saga that made its theatrical debut on 1 January, with a total engagement of 10.5K e 2M video views.

More than a month after the release of his latest trailer, we still find Spider-Man: No Way Home in this ranking, distributed by Sony Pictures and this time in seventh place, con un totale di 10.4K engagement e 644.5K video views.

Paramount Pictures takes eighth place with the trailer for The Lost City, which boasts among the cast Sandra Bullock, Chaning Tatum, Daniel Redcliffe e Brad Pitt, with a total engagement of 9.6K e 6.9K video views.

In penultimate position we find the trailer for the new animated film by Universal Pictures, Too Bad, which got a total of 9.1K engagement e 591.4K video views.

At the bottom of the chart we still find Paramount Pictures, this time with the first trailer of Sonic 2, film based on the video game series of the same name that began in the 1990s, with an engagement of 9K e 64.6K video views
